HYPOWER LAB’s Hydrogen Tank
Hypower’s hydrogen fuel tank is a product optimized for manned/unmanned hydrogen drones utilizing Hypower fuel cell.
It was manufactured with carbon composite fibers that can withstand high pressure, and has been developed with
an emphasis on easy replacement or transporation capabilities to facilitate fuel exchange of various drones.
The R&D of fuel tank was customizedly done by the Carbon & Grapine research center of GRAPHENEOX LLC in Russia,
for the use of HYPOWER LAB’s various drones.

[Technical Summary]
This invention is a metal-complex high-pressure cylinder used in gas equipment, automotive industries, portable rescue barrels, portable cryogenic and fire equipment, gas supply systems, and more.
The technical output is the prevention of ignition and explosion of cylinders.
The application of the technology has been further expanded due to the inclusion of the use of a thin-walled sealing liner in the cylinder and the load-bearing shell made of composite material with front and rear flanges located between the liner and the load.
The bearings are made on the composite shell and on the rear flange in contact with the middle and upper range. The diameter is at least 1.25 δσ / p, and the surface contains at least two sharp edges.
The main melting point is isolated from the liner material due to the insert. Power composite shells are made of layered shells bound together (three or more thread groups) with reinforced materials oriented along the surface of the liner at different angles and powers.
As a reinforcing agent, an epoxy resin to which a plastic flame retardant is added is used as a polymeric binder for composite materials.
